At the Team USATF Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized USPS location or scheduling a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
